PROJECTS

Advancing the
next multi-million
ounce gold
opportunity

100% owned 19,000 hectares gold
exploration projects based in Brazil:

State of Mato Grosso

Historic drilling: 23,374m of diamond drilling and 9,045m of RC drilling

Historic drilling: 7,926m of diamond drilling and 791m of RC drilling

Location:

The town of Matupá has a population of approximately 20,000 people and is well serviced by roads and a municipal airport. The Flor da Serra property is located about 25km northwest of Matupá whilst the Uniao property is located approximately 50 km southeast of Matupá.

The company’s priority is to define a significant gold resource below the former União mine and Peru deposit. Historically, both locations produced gold from shallow open pits to a depth of approximately 30 meters.

Drilling Overview:

União and Flor da Serra

Drilling at União tested the vertical extension of gold mineralization to depths of at least 300 meters below and around the historical open pits, while at Flor da Serra, it focused on confirming near-surface high-grade mineralization and identifying additional high-grade gold zones.

Peru Gold deposit and other areas of interest

The Peru deposit is located 4 km west of União Mine. This region is being tested for multiple high-grade gold-bearing structures.

Ex Gold is also drill-testing regional exploration targets on the remainder of its 19,000 hectares of tenements.

Operations Update:

In addition to drilling the exploration team is actively mapping, opening trenches and collection soil samples to identify potential drill targets, along with a geophysical survey to identify mineralized structures.

A drone-supported magnetic, topographic and photographic survey was completed in 2024, generating drilling targets now being tested in 2025.

Sustainability &
Community Relations

The company has built a strong foundation for sustainability, grounded in consistent communication and local partnerships. A structured stakeholder engagement program is in place – numerous community meetings have been held to share information about the exploration program, address local concerns, and build trust. Ongoing dialogue with government entities has helped ensure clarity and alignment with regulatory expectations.

The team has also contributed to environmental education and conservation initiatives through joint efforts with municipal authorities and community partners. A key relationship that has been strengthened is with small-scale mining associations, through a partnership that allows members to apply to legally operate in areas outside the company’s exploration focus, contributing to local development.
